Privacy Policy

Attentua ("we", "us", "our") operates attentua.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site, why, and what you can do about it. It does not cover data collected by Attentua's eventual retail product, which will have its own, separate privacy documentation before any pilot goes live.
What we collect
The Site has no account system and no database, and we do not store visitor data on any server. The only way information reaches us is if you voluntarily send it. The "Request early access" form sends the email address you enter to our inbox, and nothing else. The "Investor inquiries" link opens your own email client addressed to hello@attentua.com, and whatever you include in that email is what we receive.
We do not automatically collect browsing behavior, device identifiers, location data, or any other information about your visit.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies, run analytics, or use any advertising or tracking technology on this Site.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, and it relays early-access requests and email sent to hello@attentua.com to our inbox. We have not enabled Cloudflare's analytics.
The Site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font requires your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which will see your IP address as part of that request, in the same way any web request does. We do not receive or store that information ourselves, and Google states that Google Fonts does not use it to track you across other sites. No other third-party service is embedded on this Site.
How we use what you send us
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To add you to our early-access list, if that's what you asked for.
- To keep a record of investor and partner conversations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep the email correspondence for as long as it's relevant to an active conversation, pilot, or fundraising process, and delete or archive it once it's not. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing hello@attentua.com. If you're in the European Economic Area or UK, this reflects your rights under the GDPR; the legal basis for any processing is your consent, given by voluntarily emailing us. If you're in Australia, note that Attentua is currently a small, pre-revenue business and may fall within the Privacy Act 1988's small business exemption, we're choosing to follow these practices regardless because we think it's the right way to handle data, not because it's the minimum legally required of us today.
Children
This Site is directed at retailers, investors, and business partners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what the Site does changes, and update the date at the top when we do. Once Attentua is a registered company, this policy will be reissued under the company's full legal name and ABN.
